The Now and W.H.E.N Podcast Series 

In August 2022, I launched the Now and W.H.E.N podcast series, featuring interviews with professional working women from a variety of fields and disciplines. Together we discuss the different career paths women in India can choose to follow, as well as challenges that many leaders in their fields have faced along the way.  Now and WHEN Live Workshops

Building on the podcast's impact, Now and WHEN Live was launched  as a workshop series conducted both on-ground and offline by the project founder to provide a more interactive platform for young women. During these sessions held at the Sukhad Foundation in Delhi, girls engaged in discussions and activities surrounding the inclusion of women in different fields. Sessions were developed around areas like finance, education, law, research and engineering with the goal being to help them explore career ambitions with immediate guidance.

The Operation WHEN Fundraiser 

To further support its mission, Operation WHEN partnered with Sukhad Foundation NGO to conduct a virtual fundraiser on Milaap, successfully raising INR 1,00,000 (USD 1200). The funds were donated to empower women under the organization’s care by strengthening ongoing initiatives; advancing both economic and educational opportunities.
